• X360.co.za is not an affiliate of Microsoft. 'Xbox', the Xbox logo, 'Microsoft' & the Microsoft logo are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
• X360.co.za is not an affiliate of X360 Magazine, nor does it have anything to do with the previous x360.co.za domain & site. (Pre Aug '08)
• Repairs carried out on consoles come with a given warrantee which is listed under the repair category. If a X360 repaired console is tampered with or repaired by a 3rd party, the warrantee will immediately be considered null & void.
• Firmware modification is carried out at the risk of the console owner. Your console could subsequently be banned from playing on Live and your warrantee voided with Microsoft.
• The "JTAG" and "Reset Glitch Hack" modifications and the ability to load games from unofficial storage devices are not intended to expand on game piracy. Backup your own original games and don't support piracy! Support the gaming companies that bring you the game in the first place!
• The Breaker+ microcontroller is sold without any usable code installed. It comes preloaded with a generic boot loader. If the device is tampered with or damaged in any way, the guarantee and/or warrantee will be considered null and void. Any modifications to the device's shell will be considered tampered with.
• The Digilent C-Mod C2 development board does not carry any warrantee due to the fact that it must be modified by the end user before use.
• The "Reset Glitch Hack" and "JTAG" modifications carried out by X360 will carry their own workmanship warrantee for a certain period. See the page for more information on warrantees.
• Systems which are not collected within 60 Days from invoice date, will be sold to defray costs.
• Fraudulent clients will have their details posted on this site in the public domain. ☺
• All goods remain the property of X360 until paid for in full.
